Liability for own and external contents

The legislator provides in §7 Abs 1 TMG for us as the operator of the website https://www. szdallstar. com the responsibility for the information, which we hold available for your use, this in accordance with the general laws. We are the operator of the aforementioned website according to §§ 8 to 10 German Telemedia Act (TMG) not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or, if applicable, to investigate their illegality. A liability on our part for this is only possible from the time we become aware of a concrete violation of the law. We will delete infringing content immediately upon becoming aware of it.

Liability for the content of external websites

If our websites contain “links"; to the websites of third parties, which are not under our control, we cannot assume any liability for their content. “Linked" websites are checked by us in legal terms at the time of “linking”. However, continuous monitoring of the content is not reasonable for us without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. However, such “links"; will be removed by us immediately upon becoming aware of a legal violation.
